 John Gupta is an accomplished communications professional. He provides training in Team Building; Sales; Customer Service
and Effective Listening. He is dedicated to training your staff in
every aspect of sales, customer service, and presentation skills.
John Gupta is the only Certified Laughter Leader in Montreal since
2001. At the beginning he volunteered his services to Gilda's; a Cancer
support group named after Gilda Radner. Today he volunteers his
services to Jewish rehabilitation Hospital of Laval, Quebec. He has
delivered many workshops on benefits of Laughter to many distinguished
group and widely received as both Funny and Informative.

John Gupta has completed his two year term (2003-2005) as International Director of Toastmasters International, the world's leading organization devoted to effective communications. He was elected by, and represented thousands of members of the organization on its international board.
